Located in Clapham, London, this single-family home blends Victorian proportions and detailing with industrial materials.
Modern elements are treated as sculptural volumes, detached from the retaining walls and living independently in the space. New structural steel beams were left exposed as connective tissue to the modern additions and traditional bones of the home.
The kitchen features an oxidized zinc island and custom cabinetry constructed from recycled and sustainable materials.
Full-scale interior design included space planning and interior architectural design, finish specifications, custom furniture and millwork design, fixture specifications and styling, FF+E budgeting and procurement. Completed in collaboration with Minale + Mann.
