The Hudson Pacific Properties regional San Francisco office is housed on the historic Rincon Center campus.

Inspired by the building’s Streamline Modern architecture, this sleek interior serves as a showroom for the company’s vast portfolio of historically relevant architecture, adapted and reconfigured to accommodate the latest media and tech advancements.

The internals of the space were reconfigured to highlight a state-of-the-art media showcase. An architectural artifact display case frames the conference room, adjacent to a custom kitchenette and lounge area. Custom flooring patterns, futuristic lighting accents, and furniture were designed to reflect the company’s ethos to be on the cutting-edge of innovation.
